Guest policy
​
We have a strict no smoking policy that includes the balcony. There are benches outside around the marina complex that smokers can use.
​
The primary guest must be over the age of 21 with a total of no more than 4 guests staying.
​
Early check-in & late departure is possible depending on circumstance. Please ask?

Children and extra bed policy:

The maximum number of total guests is 4 (+1 infant)

One child under 3 years stays free of charge in a child's cot/crib.

There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.

The maximum number of children's cots/cribs in a room is 1
​
We reserve the right to charge damages for any unreasonable breakages that are not fair wear and tear. No more than £49 would be charged.
Cancellation policy
​
If a booking is cancelled more than 28 days before arrival then a small charge will be made.
​
Any cancellation closer than 28 days will lose the payment.
​
No show - If the guest doesn’t show up they will be charged the total price of the reservation.
​

Seasonal rates
Daily rates vary from £95 to £145 depending on the season and the day of the week.
Bookings of 3 days or more receive a 15-20% discount.
Weekly bookings offer a 25% discount on the daily rate.
​
Easter & Summer School holidays are peak-periods on Anglesey. These periods have a minimum of 4 night bookings (at last minute these rules are relaxed).
​
Payment of at least a days deposit is required at the time of booking. Full payment is required within 28 days of arrival. Holidays can be planned and booked this way.

Autumn (late Oct to early Dec) Discounts
Winter (mid Jan to mid March) Discounts
both are quiet periods offering the best discount rates including a monthly rate for maximum discount.
